How to get to the National Museum

The National Museum of Iceland is situated within walking distance of the center of Reykjavik, close to the University (postal code 101). Public buses no. 1,3,6, 11, 12 and 14 stop in front of or near the museum.

The National Museum of Iceland is wheelchair accessible. There is ample parking nearby and stepless passageways to the new Grand Entrance for easy accessibility.
